Staff Product Designer - Growth | Deel

Responsibilities

• Lead design across growth projects tied to activation, engagement, retention and monetisation
• Design, prototype and A/B test quickly with product, engineering, data and marketing
• Work with the UI team on the design system, including motion and micro-interactions
• Find where users or the team get stuck, and fix it
• Stay close to engineers from first idea to design QA
• Mentor product designers and improve how the team works

Requirements

• 5–7 years in product design, including 2+ at Staff level
• Real growth design experience, such as onboarding, pricing or subscriptions
• Excellent craft with a portfolio including at least one case study
• Experience with experiments, hypotheses and A/B testing
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Uses AI tools as a first step in design work
• Clear communication across functions
