Staff Product Manager - Autenticação e Plataforma B2B (Jus Soluções)

Responsibilities

• Structure authentication, authorization, tenants and SSO as a product with clear goals and metrics
• Lead the security roadmap and ISO certifications
• Own onboarding flows and track their metrics
• Align priorities with other product areas such as Background Check and B2C
• Work directly with enterprise clients on SSO, tenants and permissions, following deployments with their IT teams
• Direct the technical team and ensure deliveries meet enterprise standards
• Contribute to the unified B2B platform
• Use AI daily to investigate, decide and prototype

Requirements

• Solid experience as Product Manager on B2B products
• Resilience for long sales cycles
• Technical profile with ability to learn complex new contexts
• Ability to explain technical topics to audiences from client IT to business teams
• Experience structuring platform or technical-foundation products
• Practical daily use of AI, builder mindset
• Autonomy to drive complex problems end to end

Preferred Qualifications

• Built an enterprise platform from scratch, including authentication, multi-tenancy and certifications
• Experience with identity products such as biometrics or liveness
• Experience with large enterprise or government clients
• Experience with AI products or agents
