About the role
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream in 2027
- Define requirements, success metrics and release plans with engineering, design, security and infrastructure teams
- Work with pilot customers and IT, security and compliance teams to turn deployment needs into product decisions
- Partner with sales, legal, finance and support on packaging, pricing inputs and go-to-market readiness
- Maintain a cross-workstream roadmap with visible dependencies, timelines and trade-offs
- Take on new scope including Thunderbird Enterprise and AI-related enterprise capabilities, and mentor teammates
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Taking 0-to-1 enterprise security or infrastructure products to launch
- Owning a hosted or SaaS security product, including data residency
- Working with public sector organizations and sovereignty requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Comfort with ambiguity and setting direction for new products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise browsers, EDR, SSO or MDM
- Compliance experience with NIS2, DORA and GDPR
- Exposure to AI features and data loss prevention
- Government-facing business experience
- French or German language proficiency
