About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the path from sign-up to first shift, including verification and approval flows
- Build product for high-volume relief vets: recurring bookings, multi-shift blocks, calendar and earnings tools
- Turn promotions and incentives into product with targeting, automation and guardrails
- Partner with the growth marketer on shared conversion targets and joint experiments
- Fix instrumentation with the analyst on cohorts, attribution and holdouts
- Co-own BU strategy with the GM and communicate strategy and learnings to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years on supply, demand or core marketplace teams
- Funnel depth across search, acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention
- Commercial fluency in take rate, price, contribution margin and payback
- Proven measurable impact across multiple teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Systems thinking and AI fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Consumer-platform or commerce background
