About the role
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technical leadership in observability and/or security
- Lead and execute complex customer engagements as the technical authority
- Drive complex deployments of Cribl products alongside customers
- Ensure successful architecture, design, development, deployment, operationalization and documentation
- Create best practice documentation, blog posts, runbooks, workshops and customer training
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, enablement, coaching and mentoring
- Occasionally work outside standard hours across time zones
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on technical consulting or big data analytics
- Deploying and managing AWS, Azure or GCP cloud environments
- Big data analytics tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, Datadog, Exabeam, Azure Sentinel
- Kubernetes, Docker and automation technologies
- Unix and Windows operating systems and command line
- Scripting in JavaScript with recent automation experience
- Strong communication with technical staff and executives
Preferred Qualifications
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-growing, remote environment
- Software industry experience in IT systems, infrastructure, application development, security or analytics
- Ability to travel up to 30%
