Staff Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader in establishing and developing best practices for Project Managers within the Integrations team
• Support the Director of Integrations on initiatives around process improvement and change management
• Line manage and coach a number of Project Managers
• Contribute to technical and business integrations with clients
• Deliver operational excellence and manage project risks
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and resolve complex requirements
• Maintain project documentation and promote knowledge sharing
• Proactively engage with the Product team to share feature suggestions

Requirements

• 5 or more years of line management experience
• Project management experience in a technical or integrations environment
• Track record of process improvement and instigating change
• Exceptional communication skills (internal and client-facing)
• Ability to lead others confidently and handle difficult conversations
• Analytical with great attention to detail
• Pragmatic problem solver and solutions-oriented
• Strong commercial awareness
