Staff Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience for Staff-level and leadership roles, managing complex negotiations and equity education
• Architect and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies for niche technical communities such as Rust and browser engine architecture
• Serve as a primary talent advisor to VPs and Directors, providing data-driven insights for organizational design
• Lead continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and ensure consistency in candidate evaluation and leveling
• Drive long-term succession planning by identifying and engaging talent for critical future roles

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in high-growth or open-source environments
• Demonstrated ability to build proprietary talent maps and close high-level candidates
• Proven track record of using job-level expectations to lead calibration sessions
• Strong ability to work with senior leadership to define performance goals and talent pipelines
