Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across our technology stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
• Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Drive innovation and improvements in our development practices
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in one or more areas of our tech stack
• Ability to think in systems and approach problems holistically
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment
• Experience with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple areas of our tech stack
• Knowledge of fintech, banking, or wealth management domains
• Familiarity with distributed system architectures
