Responsibilities

• Own features and systems end-to-end for the Corporate Insight Agent, from requirements to deployment
• Serve as a subject matter expert across the full stack
• Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to shape requirements
• Drive initiatives proactively and define technical execution
• Balance rapid prototyping with long-term engineering rigor
• Iterate with users to incorporate feedback while maintaining high engineering standards
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to improve productivity

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience shipping customer-facing applications
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems and optimizing AI agents
• Proficiency across TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, and distributed systems
• Strong full stack engineering fundamentals including scalable backend systems and observable services
• AI-accelerated workflow using AI coding tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of architecting and developing full-stack applications
• 5+ years working with Python, React, AWS, and modern data platforms
• Experience building LLM-powered products and Agent Experiences (Agent Loops, MCP, custom tools)
