Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions for complex enterprise environments
• Participate in architectural decisions and technological evolution of the product
• Lead high-impact technical initiatives

• Collaborate in defining technical standards, best practices, and engineering processes

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer positions
• Proven track record in designing and building complex production systems
• Ability to combine strategic vision with technical execution
• Experience making architectural decisions and providing technical leadership
• Knowledge of modern backend ecosystems, distributed infrastructures, and scalable solutions
• Interest in technologies related to artificial intelligence, advanced automation, and data platforms
