Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver major features end-to-end, from initial prototype to production deployment
• Take full responsibility for the quality and polish of what you ship, including performant code and pixel-perfect UI
• Drive technical decisions with strong judgment regarding speed versus completeness
• Diagnose production issues using instrumentation and measurement
• Actively shape product direction by attending customer calls and questioning priorities to ensure measurable impact

Requirements

• Deep full-stack engineering experience
• Track record of shipping customer-facing features in high-growth environments
• High level of autonomy and ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to share context publicly
• Ability to balance code craft with the need for rapid deployment

• Experience building AI-powered product features
• Proven track record in high-growth startup environments
