Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps to highlight inefficiencies and recommend automation.
Responsibilities
- Write resilient Python applications within a service architecture
- Develop observability for ML applications and GenAI/LLM integrations using the Grafana Stack
- Mentor engineers in writing intuitive, clear, and testable code
- Partner with Data Scientists to productionize ML models
- Manage the full project lifecycle from architecture to deployment and monitoring
Requirements
- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience with Lead/Staff level responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend engineering
- Deep experience with async/concurrent programming and observability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Background as a founding or early engineering team member
