About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate recording of sales, COGS, inventory, and operating expenses in accordance with GAAP
- Reconcile inventory balances across third-party manufacturers and 3PL warehouses
- Prepare weekly cash flow and working capital reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with sales tax and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and enhance ERP usage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1-4 years of accounting experience in a high-growth or CPG company
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite or SAP
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-driven tools and analytics
