Startup Ecosystem Associate

Responsibilities

• Support multiple departments with day-to-day operational tasks and ongoing projects
• Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documentation, and internal databases
• Perform data entry, validation, tracking, and basic analysis
• Assist with Excel and Google Sheets reporting and maintain accurate datasets
• Coordinate tasks between departments and follow up on action items
• Conduct research to support business initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest practical solutions
• Utilize AI-powered workflows to improve productivity

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and experience working with structured data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of Python or a strong eagerness to learn it
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
• Interest in startups, innovation, and economic development
