About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machines and trash compactors
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables, and rotate stock
- Use detergents and sanitizing chemicals in 3-compartment sinks
- Inspect, stack, and organize clean wares
- Empty trashcans and maintain dumpster areas
- Clean and mop assigned departments
- Follow all company safety, security, and quality standards
- Move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Professional communication skills
