Stewarding Supervisor

About the Company

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the assigned duty area
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across work areas, facilities, and equipment
• Monitor best practices for cleaning, washing, and storing crockery, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Supervise the correct use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals
• Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the Stewards team
• Delegate tasks fairly and conduct daily briefings
• Identify and correct deviations from stewarding procedures through on-the-job training
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and recycling programs

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school (higher academic credentials are an asset)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in 5-star hotel or integrated resort environments
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within stewarding operations
• Knowledge of cleaning chemical handling and storage
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and cleaning high areas
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a high-pressure environment
• Fluency in English
