About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize cleaning chemicals, supplies, and kitchen wares
- Complete cleaning checklists and maintain sanitation areas
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers and trash compactors
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and positive working relationships
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
