Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the UAE
• Identify and develop high-value business opportunities aligned with the product roadmap
• Generate leads, negotiate complex contracts, and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team
• Track KPI and sales performance, providing weekly updates to the wider team

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE
• 10+ years of sales experience in a SaaS organization
• Experience managing strategic, complex deal cycles
• Extensive experience working in the UAE market
• Strong analytical and first-principles thinking skills
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize high-impact tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic
• Deep interest or expertise in the Voice AI industry
