Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead the pursuit of "Top 25" global financial institutions
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Lead the negotiation of high-complexity, multi-million dollar contracts
  • Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success
  • Serve as a thought leader in the FinServ AI space
  • Develop strategies for expanding Jump’s footprint across various business units

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Enterprise/Strategic SaaS sales
  • Experience managing $500k+ ARR deal cycles
  • Deep domain expertise in the institutional financial landscape
  • Understanding of regulatory hurdles such as SEC and FINRA
  • Proven ability to navigate 12–18 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Elite presentation skills
