About the role
Responsibilities
- Own renewals, retention strategy and negotiations across a portfolio of regulated financial institutions
- Forecast ARR churn risk and develop mitigation plans
- Drive inbound expansion deals with Account Executives
- Lead strategic executive business reviews on compliance posture and control maturity
- Own escalations and client communication through to resolution
Requirements
- Knowledge of communications surveillance, trade surveillance and archiving technology
- Understanding of financial services regulatory environment
- Multi-stakeholder account management in regulated institutions
- Commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS
- Escalation management and operational accountability
