About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategize ways to broaden business relationships and drive client loyalty
- Represent the brand with key internal and external stakeholders
- Interpret contracts and guide internal stakeholders to meet client SLAs
- Create annual business plans with customers and track progress to goals
- Review client program performance and identify cost savings
- Conduct training sessions live onsite or via video conference
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship management and presentation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Understanding of financial travel program drivers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- 5 years of experience in account management, client services or travel management
