About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the success and growth of a single enterprise customer across a defined geographic region
- Drive retention and commercial ownership
- Lead regional market development by mapping the client's event ecosystem and discovering new divisions
- Act as a strategic advisor and commercial driver for the region
- Build regional growth plans and uncover expansion opportunities
- Partner with Customer Implementation Managers to ensure successful technical delivery
- Conduct executive business reviews and influence key stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise account management and commercial growth
- Strong ability to manage deep relationships and exercise operational discipline
- Proactive approach to discovering new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Ability to think like an owner and drive strategic regional growth
