About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
- Own end-to-end financial planning for go-to-market functions
- Manage commissions modeling, sales capacity planning, and GTM efficiency metrics
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Help leadership optimize investment, improve productivity, and drive predictable ARR growth
Requirements
- Strong analytical rigor and executive presence
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience at the intersection of finance, strategy, and revenue operations
