Strategic Finance Manager

We have delivered over 1 million therapy sessions across speech, occupational, mental health, and school psychology.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into clear financial narratives to inform leadership decisions
• Partner with executives to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Lead financial oversight of the quote-to-cash process and automate revenue workflows
• Develop and maintain robust revenue analytics, reporting, and forecasting frameworks
• Design and automate company-wide KPI packages and executive dashboards
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts
• Own vendor contracts, renewals, and spend analytics to drive cost-reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, strategy, operations, or data analytics
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated bias toward owning problems end-to-end
• Strong ability to connect financial insights to business strategy
• Proficiency in leveraging automation and systems integration to improve scalability
