About the role
Responsibilities
- Accompany senior executives during weekly travel between UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, talking points, and executive memos
- Follow up with departments on action items, deadlines, and decisions
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments to ensure full meeting readiness
- Track key strategic projects and ensure alignment across teams
- Summarize meetings and report progress to the leadership team
- Maintain confidentiality in handling strategic and sensitive matters
Requirements
- UAE National or Saudi Arabian Citizen
- 3-6 years of experience in executive office, strategy, project management, or consulting
- Strong business writing skills in English
- Ability to travel regularly between Dubai, Jeddah, and Riyadh
- Highly organized and proactive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language proficiency
- Background in automotive, logistics, government, or corporate environments
