Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners to drive sourced and influenced revenue
- Manage partner relationships through consistent touchpoints and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Develop partner business plans outlining quarterly targets and go-to-market motions
- Identify co-sell opportunities, referral channels, and OEM relationship expansions
- Enable partners with necessary content, messaging, demos, and training
- Coordinate with Marketing to execute co-marketing campaigns and sales plays
- Represent partner needs internally to Product, Sales, and Support teams
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial and relationship-focused mindset
- Proven track record in partner management or business development
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage complex business models and sales structures
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Highspot, and Crossbeam
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner engagements and company events
