About the role
About the Company
Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency. We deliver services across global payments, Foreign Exchange (FX), treasury management, and finance reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a target list of prospective partners in the UAE and GCC region
- Own the full pipeline from identification to close, engaging key decision-makers
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration
- Coordinate with the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to align on target segments
- Facilitate warm handovers of closed partnerships to the relationship management team
- Develop deep knowledge of the GCC payments landscape, including Fintech, Banks, and e-commerce
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within financial services, payments, remittance, or e-commerce
- Proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals independently
- Solid understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and local regulatory environments
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously against commercial targets
- Experience in high-growth FinTech or startup environments is preferred
