Strategic Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing function in the Middle East cluster to drive profitable growth and margin optimization
• Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Establish and govern pricing frameworks, policies, and tools
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams
• Drive pricing transformation projects and process improvements
• Deliver actionable insights through pricing analytics and performance reporting
• Influence stakeholders at country, cluster, and regional levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 5-10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, sales, marketing, or related commercial roles
• Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies
• Experience managing pricing processes across multiple products or geographic markets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working in cross-functional and international business environments
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B is preferred
• Experience within the Middle East or industrial gases industry is an advantage
