Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives.
- Turn ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans and decision-making frameworks.
- Prepare and present initiative proposals to C-level stakeholders using structured storytelling and trade-off framing.
- Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from initial planning to full operational launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, escalations, and execution accountability across parallel workstreams.
- Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and maintain governance structures and transparent reporting.
- Establish scalable project documentation, decision logs, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in strategic project management, business operations, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record of personally leading and delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments across multiple departments including Finance, Legal, and Product.
- Strong ownership mentality, structured thinking, and high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reporting, and collaboration tools.

- Experience with our tech stack: Confluence, Miro, Gantt, YouTrack, Slack, Tableau, or Trino.
