Strategic Project Manager - Operations

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives from initiation to delivery
• Drive execution of the organization's new strategic narrative by structuring workstreams and managing timelines
• Act as the central point of contact between departments to align teams and unblock dependencies
• Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives
• Lead projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing multiple diverse, cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong execution mindset
• Senior-level communication capabilities with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Practical awareness of current AI tools and foundational understanding of AI agents
• Experience working in international, fast-paced tech environments
• Background or strong interest in the cryptocurrency or Web3 space

• Experience scaling OKR methodology across an organization
• Exposure to change management frameworks
