About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Park Manager in preparing Business Plans, annual work plans, and strategic documents
- Coordinate between different departments and functions of the Chinko conservation area
- Prepare coordination meetings, official visits, and governance meetings
- Prepare briefing notes, speeches, and presentation documents for the Park Manager
- Monitor the implementation of management decisions
- Coordinate the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Consolidate information from various departments and monitor Business Plan Trackers
- Contribute to donor reporting and the development of funding proposals
- Manage documentation via SharePoint and ensure communication between field teams and headquarters
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, administration, international development, or environmental science
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing complex programs or operations
- Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and partnership management
- Excellent writing skills in French; English proficiency is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools like SharePoint or Teams
- Ability to work in a multicultural, demanding, and isolated environment
- Availability to live on isolated operational bases and travel regularly within the Chinko landscape
What we look for
