Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of highest-value projects
• Work with the CEO to drive important business decisions
• Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on the platform
• Ensure execution under demanding timelines
• Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions to improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Proven track record of managing complex projects
• Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and handle gritty process optimization
