About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect Security Account Success Plans (ASP) and burn curves aligned to business objectives
- Design target-state security architecture and conduct security gap analyses
- Lead executive cadence, including monthly value reviews, QBRs, and EBRs
- Facilitate security workshops such as threat hunting and tabletop exercises
- Manage renewal health and proactively build remediation paths
- Serve as the single post-sales security authority across Customer Success and Engineering
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security consulting, cloud security, or security leadership
- Expertise in enterprise security architecture frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust)
- Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts with impact on retention and expansion
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and cybersecurity platform business models
- Ability to translate telemetry and usage data into actionable architectural insights
- Experience with automation and AI tools is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CRISC
- Experience working with partners, MSSPs, or MSPs
