Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for customer acquisition in the GCC public sector
• Partner with technical stakeholders to identify, scope, and win major AI opportunities
• Build business cases and demonstrate the value of AI applications to government clients
• Manage customer communications, relationships, and pitch deck development
• Design and execute AI workshops and create solution demos using tools like Replit or Lovable
• Conduct AI analysis, financial modeling, and thought leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of public sector sales or consulting experience
• Minimum of 3 years operating in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record of closing $500K to $5M+ deals for complex solutions
• Experience selling AI products or services
• Experience building GTM strategies to scale growth
• Ability to partner with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
• Experience creating and communicating executive-level materials
