Strategy Director, MEA

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end social media strategies, channel-specific frameworks, and influencer partnerships tailored to MEA landscapes
• Lead brand positioning, architecture, and digital transformation engagements
• Translate audience research and social listening data into actionable strategic frameworks
• Define social KPIs, paid strategy alignments, and measurement frameworks
• Partner with creative, media, data, UX, and technology leads to embed strategic narratives into campaigns
• Facilitate strategic workshops and presentations with senior C-suite stakeholders
• Collaborate with new business teams on pitch narratives and mentor regional strategists

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand or communications strategy
• 5+ years in a senior strategic leadership role at an agency or consultancy
• Dual track record in social-first campaign strategy and large-scale brand transformation
• Strong regional expertise across MEA markets and cultural fluency
• Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools like Sprinklr or Brandwatch
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for C-suite audiences
• Professional fluency in both English and Arabic
