About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary frontline contact for students and parents on tuition fees
- Process routine financial transactions
- Maintain accurate student account records
- Support the Student Accounts Officer in collections and reconciliations
- Escalate complex financial cases to the Officer or Supervisor
