About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all student inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Manage and resolve cases within the Case Management System, escalating high-complexity issues
- Communicate with students in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, maintaining availability for their time zones
- Collaborate with advisors, mentors, finance, and team leads to ensure effective case resolution
- Support student orientation, onboarding, and awareness sessions
- Maintain accurate student data and generate weekly/monthly reports on case volumes and resolution times
- Promote a student-centered approach to ensure high engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
- UAE National status required
- 2–4 years of experience in student services, academic administration, or customer relations
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or case management systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Ability to work within USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand time zones on an on-call basis
