Student Registration and Counseling Principal Administrative

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process student registrations including data entry through eSIS, allocations procedure, and filing of documents
• Manage and maintain the registration and records database of new and current students
• Record and submit student data to the Vice Principal Administrative Services
• Prepare reports and statistical analysis on registration trends
• Respond to communications via telephone and email regarding school registration
• Ensure admission criteria are implemented fairly and promote equity
• Follow up with parents on pending or upcoming academic year registrations
• Resolve student disputes related to registrations and escalate to MOE Student Services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve services for students and families

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Office Management, Human Resources, Office Technology, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Minimum 2-year degree with a GPA not less than 2.5
• Proficiency in English
• Strong computer skills
• Must be a UAE National
• Maximum age of 40 years
