About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students to identify academic challenges
- Implement early-alert and intervention procedures
- Develop and monitor individual student support plans
- Refer students to appropriate University services and resources
- Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication
- Support orientation and transition programs for new students
- Organize and deliver workshops and activities to promote student success
- Coordinate with colleges and faculty members regarding student support
- Maintain accurate records of student cases and activities
- Collect student feedback and prepare periodic reports
- Contribute to measuring student satisfaction
- Maintain student confidentiality and comply with university policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in higher education, student affairs, or academic advising
- Strong student communication and guidance skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Ability to use University Information Systems
- Skills in data collection and report writing
