About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports
- Conduct staff orientation and on-the-job training when required
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a safe working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
