Responsibilities
- Own relationships with the largest and most complex inVESTED PRO clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client leadership teams
- Work closely with NetSuite consultants to deliver on client priorities
- Lead escalations when they arise
- Manage a full client portfolio from day one
Requirements
- Experience in client success or relationship management within the ERP or NetSuite ecosystem
- Ability to lead escalates and manage complex client relationships
