Job description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and analyze talent management processes across RMK, LMS, PMGM, and related modules
  • Implement and configure SuccessFactors talent management solutions tailored to client specifications
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for recruitment marketing, learning management, and performance & goals strategies
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption by end-users
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules and third-party applications

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience implementing SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (RMK, LMS, PMGM)
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management processes and best practices
  • Experience configuring and optimizing Recruitment Marketing, LMS, and PMGM functionalities
  • Proven ability to conduct effective training and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant SuccessFactors certifications in Talent Management modules
