About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day debit card servicing operations, including card administration and dispute processing
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and guidance to Card Services staff
- Ensure operational activities meet accuracy, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and SLA standards
- Work with internal partners to maintain a high-quality customer experience
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls
