About the role
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering luxury rooms, dining, entertainment, and world-class amenities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all gaming marketing activities comply with UAE gaming laws, GCGRA regulations, and internal controls
- Enforce Responsible Gaming principles across all marketing and player engagement activities
- Supervise day-to-day gaming marketing services and host support activities
- Monitor service delivery for VIP and premium players under AML and KYC protocols
- Coordinate with Player Development, Hotel Operations, F&B, and Gaming teams
- Review and submit reports on player engagement, service utilization, and incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Hospitality, Business, or Compliance-related field
- Minimum of 4+ years in gaming or hotel reservation experience in a large hotel
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with VIP or Mass players under controlled conditions
- Proficiency in OPERA, CRM, and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
