About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and support NOC engineers through regular one-on-ones and performance discussions
- Oversee day-to-day NOC operations and ensure SLAs are met
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and coordinate technical resources during major incidents
- Enhance runbooks, processes, and documentation to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- Provide clear communication to clients and leadership during critical events
Requirements
- 5+ years of NOC, infrastructure operations, or related IT experience
- Experience serving in a lead, supervisory, or management capacity
- Proven experience managing incidents and escalations
- Strong understanding of networking, systems, and service operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, ITIL Foundation, Azure Network Engineer, or AWS Networking
