About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail segments
- Monitor day-to-day operations, deliveries, and product placement across residential, HORECA, and retail locations
- Build and maintain client relationships with households, offices, construction sites, and retail stores
- Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and share competitor insights
- Ensure on-shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution in retail outlets
- Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and route planning
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners for stock availability and route efficiency
- Ensure compliance with trade, health, and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales within the UAE market
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and deliver results
- In-depth knowledge of consumer and retail landscape in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah
- Proficiency in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and merchandising software preferred
