About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of intake for all inbound tickets and inquiries
- Assess, categorize, and route tickets to the correct team or individual
- Monitor open tickets across all queues to ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain accurate, structured records in the ticketing system
- Track ticket volume and identify recurring issue patterns
- Support Account Managers with operational follow-ups
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a support, service, or help desk role
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zoho
- Demonstrated ability to manage high inbound volume against SLAs
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and process-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in iGaming, SaaS, or platform businesses
- Exposure to CRM systems
- Experience working in fast-paced or international environments
