Description Help us to increase the number of successful products in the world! PostHog helps engineers build better products with a platform for analyzing, testing, observing, and deploying new features. We're looking for a Support Engineer who loves talking to customers and helping them solve their problems, improving our support tooling, and working closely with our product teams.


  • Improving the way we do support through better tooling, automation, reporting, and more.
  • Answering the majority of tickets yourself across our products.
  • Working closely with the product teams to ensure awareness of any issues requiring product development work.
  • Ensuring we are meeting our internal targets for support ticket response.


  • Strong customer focus.
  • Good at prioritizing and context switching.
  • Engineering background.
  • Able to build solutions yourself.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing support for similar products.
  • Previous support engineer experience.
