About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist members with application support, including troubleshooting, training, and research
- Research difficult application problems and recommend product enhancements
- Maintain and audit Member information in the configuration database
- Assist with software release processes and communicate customer feedback to development staff
- Perform on-site or remote training for members and internal team members
- Provide after-hours support via an on-call phone rotation
Requirements
- Previous customer support experience
- Basic knowledge of Project Management processes and theory
- Basic knowledge of Service Level Management (SLM) best practices
- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and training skills
- Ability to travel as required for the position
