About the role
Responsibilities
- Directly support StraighterLine learners to ensure a positive and professional experience
- Take ownership of corporate customer issues through to resolution
- Identify recurring trends and operational barriers to improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove friction for learners
- Contribute to the Help Center, Support Hub, and internal knowledge resources
- Leverage approved AI tools and technology to improve productivity and response consistency
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Student Information Systems (SIS) and Support technologies
- Ability to remain adaptable to changing business priorities and schedules
- Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality learner experience
- Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
